Papercup builds AI-powered dubbing. I was the first and only data engineer hire, which meant owning the data platform, its governance, and the tooling that let ML, product, and operations move quickly without getting in each other's way.

Overview

Owned the data platform, governance, and cross-team enablement across product, ML, and operations. I designed and built the end-to-end data framework powering company-wide insights for market strategy, growth evaluation, and operational reporting, and scaled the dubbing platform by establishing robust data foundations, clear data contracts, and CI/CD for data workflows.
